Our Whole School Approach to Positive Behaviour Support (WSAPBS) aims to create a safe and predictable learning environment where all students have the opportunity to thrive.

At St Joseph's we aim to create a School community where everyone Takes RESPONSIBILITY, Acts SAFELY and is always RESPECTFUL - we are STARS!

When all members of our school community (Students, Staff, Parents) take responsibility, act safely and are always respectful, our school community thrives.

The staff are continuing to develop our whole school approach to positive behaviour support, however the initial framework of STAR is front and centre in all that we do at St Joseph's. Along with promoting the STAR acronym in our classrooms and across the school, we highlight our agreed values through our Sprit of St Joseph's class awards at assembly and our STAR raffle, also drawn at assembly.
